CVS John Frieda Update

I just got off the phone with CVS customer service. The good news is, they did issue me the $5 ECBs I was owed for buying $10 in John Frieda Root Awakening Products. The bad news is they do know they are having several issues with the Season to Save book, so be prepared if you make a purchase from that book expecting ECBs to print on your receipt, the ECBs may not print. You probably will have to call customer service to get ECBs issued to you. CVS is currently working on the problems and hopes to have them fixed soon.
